From zoodles with marinara, to fresh salsa, hummus, and more, we’ll create and taste delicious ways to prepare and present the summer abundance from your garden. Expect a buffet of sampling and a packet of recipes for all the demonstrated meals, plus extras! Bring a container for leftovers!
Dorothy Bauer spent most of her adult life in Berkeley, California where she was able to take classes at Living Light Culinary Institute and study with world raw food chef, Elaina Love.
