Come celebrate National Cinnamon Day at the Morris!  A popular spice obtained from the inner bark of several tree species from the genus Cinnamomum, cinnamon has been used around the world for over 4,000 years. Join us as we honor this very special gift from nature with an invigorating sunrise stroll around the Morris while enjoying a selection of delicious local tea, coffee, and baked goodies made with cinnamon from High Point Cafe! And feel free to take a tour with one of our educators to learn some fascinating tidbits about various tree bark and tea shrubs located in our gardens.
