Moonlight & Roses FAQ

We encourage guests to be as festive and floral as possible!  Turf-tolerant shoes are also recommended. Click here to see photos from past events for inspiration.

VIP guests will receive premium valet parking at the event, along with entrance to the VIP reception that evening from 5:30pm – 6pm.

The cocktail reception will take place in the Rose Garden beginning at 6pm.  Remarks will be made around 8pm.

If you have purchased a ticket that includes dinner, you will move from the Rose Garden to the tent after remarks, around 8:30 pm.

We will have three different food stations:

  • Farm table station offering espresso rubbed beef tenderloin, salmon, black lentil salad, and grilled vegetables
  • Asian station serving two types of pot stickers and a ramen noodle salad
  • Carbon neutral station exclusively featuring locally sourced ingredients to minimize our carbon footprint including: Griggstown Farms roast chicken torchon; Hasselback sweet potatoes; and Severino pasta rotini with a Jersey tomato ragu and a Lively Run goat cheese fondue topping.

No, the event is held rain or shine.  In case of severe weather, the cocktail reception will be held under the tent.

  • VIP Patrons and Benefactors will be directed to drive up our hill to premium valet parking. 
  • Young Friends and Supporters will valet park in lawn parking near the entry kiosk and take a trolley shuttle up the hill.

No, names are held at the entrance.
