EITC Certification

The Morris Arboretum is an Educational Improvement Organization (EIO) through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC). This state-run program provides significant financial benefits to eligible businesses that make charitable contributions to approved EITC programs, awarding up to 90% in corporate tax credits. Educational Improvement Organizations are qualified to receive designated corporate gifts because of these organizations’ enhancement of public school education. You can learn more about the Commonwealth’s EITC Program by going to and clicking on EITC Business Guidelines. You can also request a printed copy of the guidelines from Leslie Crane in the Arboretum’s Development Office at 215.247.5777 x152.
